HOW THE CREATIVE PROCESS WORKS
TWO HEARTS ENTERTAINMENT, LLC
Thank you for your interest in Two Hearts Entertainment, LLC producing a media content for your company. Our goal is to listen to your needs and goals and work together with excellent communication so that you receive a product you are happy with and suits your objective perfectly.
Assuming at this point you have seen our demo reels, the following is a time line for creating your project.
1 We meet with you in person, (or teleconference if you are from out of state.) to talk about what your goals are and ideas you may have. We request to see your current marketing materials, such as brochures, other videos, print ads, and of course we will research your website if you have one, or design your website should that be part of your package with us. This is all better to know you with.
2 In a week’s time our creative team of filmmakers, writers, stand- up comics and more meet to talk about your project and toss ideas onto the table.
3 We then send you two to three concepts for you to go over. (3 to 5 days or longer if you need). At this time we will be able to give you estimates of cost.
4 We then talk again and work together to solidify the concept.
5 Once the concept is locked we immediately begin pre-production which includes locking down locations, talent, needed specialized equipment and any other props or items necessary. Can take up to 3 weeks depending on complexity, but can be as little as 3 days.
6 Shoot dates are scheduled and we finish principal photography (actual video footage) usually within two weeks of concept. Again, depending on location and details desired this could change.
7 As soon as we have the footage shot, we begin post-production; editing, sound mixing, music etc… our editors work at a good pace, however if there are visual effects elements, CG, or 3D involved or voice over narration, post production can take longer. You would be advised at the time the concept is locked in what an approximate delivery date will be.
Thank you for your time and we look forward to working with you.
